ARJ Swim and Dive Team
Parents Swimmers sign up for Remind or code: @
Swim Team suits will be Speedo Reigning Light (502) one-piece (women) or jammers (men)
Can be purchased at: Augusta Swim Supply, 264 Boy Scout Rd. Augusta, GA 706-738-0072
Besides a suit, swimmers will need goggles, a swim cap, a kick board, a pull bouly (optional)
Swim Practice will be on at the Augusta Aquatic Center starting
Swimmers need to submit a permission form and sports physical form to Mr. Hemphill (Room 711) prior to season.
PARENT MEETING:
Conditioning: Swimmers(on their own) need to jog three times a week for 30 minutes and/or swimming laps. Also, they need to do sit-ups, planks, and push-ups.
